Ich schreibe über das Rollenverständnis bei Frauen, Wertschätzung und Kommunikation. Aus eigener Erfahrung weiß ich, wie sich fehlende Wertvorstellungen auf die Realisierung der eigenen Träume auswirken, dass Wertschätzung die Basis für ein gelingendes Miteinander ist und das Kommunikation immer bei uns beginnt.
